Acceptance of Terms
By visiting flowenlab.com ('Site') or using any FlowenLab service, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site. FlowenLab reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
Service Description
FlowenLab operates as an agency providing AI automation consulting, chatbot development, workflow automation, B2B sales automation, and related technology solutions. FlowenLab does not provide licensed financial, medical, or legal advisory services. All information provided is for general informational purposes only.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials on the Site belong to FlowenLab and are protected by copyright laws. Intellectual property rights for solutions developed for clients are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the contract. Rights to deliverables remain with FlowenLab until payment is completed.
Limitation of Liability
FlowenLab makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI outputs. FlowenLab's liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of automation solutions is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. No liability is accepted for delays resulting from force majeure.
Prohibited Uses
The following uses of the Site or services are strictly prohibited: copying, scraping, or redistributing site content without permission; reselling services without authorization; overwhelming the system with automated tools; misusing systems to generate inaccurate content; engaging in illegal or harmful activities.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise between the parties. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before filing a lawsuit.
Changes
FlowenLab reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
